Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe

 

- The delivery timeframe varies depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at the time of purchase through Melhor Envio.

- During checkout, the Melhor Envio system will automatically calculate the estimated delivery time based on your ZIP code and the chosen shipping option.

- During peak demand periods or promotions, the delivery timeframe may be extended. We will notify you of any changes to the delivery time during the purchase process.

 

2. Shipping Cost Calculation

 

- The shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout using the Melhor Envio service. The calculation considers the weight and dimensions of the order, the chosen delivery method, and the delivery address.

- During the purchase process, you will be able to view the different delivery options available, along with their respective delivery times and costs, before finalizing your order.

- In certain promotional campaigns, shipping may be subsidized or free for some regions or for orders above a minimum purchase value, as advertised.

 

3. Delivery Methods

 

- Melhor Envio: We use the Melhor Envio service to offer various delivery options with partner carriers, such as Correios, Jadlog, among others. The available methods will be displayed at checkout with the estimated delivery times and costs.

- Express Delivery: Depending on your location, Melhor Envio may offer express delivery options with reduced delivery times. Check availability and delivery times when finalizing your purchase.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

- After payment confirmation and order dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking code generated by Melhor Envio, allowing you to track the delivery status directly on the Melhor Envio website or the selected carrier's website during checkout.

- The tracking code will also be available in your account on our website, in the "My Orders" section.

 

5. Delivery Attempts

 

- The number of delivery attempts varies depending on the carrier selected through Melhor Envio. Typically, up to 3 delivery attempts are made at the provided address.

- If the delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the carrier's distribution center. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation.

- To resend the order, we will confirm the delivery address, and the cost of a new shipment will be charged.

 

6. Address Change

 

- The delivery address can only be changed before the order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request the change.

- After the order is dispatched, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

 

7. Delivery Delays

 

- In the event of any delivery delays, we will contact you to inform you of the new estimated delivery date.

- In exceptional situations, such as strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will do our best to minimize the impact and keep you informed.

 

8. Delivery Refusal

 

- If the delivery is refused by the recipient without a justified reason, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and the fee for a new shipment will be charged.

 

9. Orders Not Received

 

- If you do not receive your order within the stipulated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date so we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
