Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
1. General Conditions
If you need to exchange or return a product, please carefully read our exchange, return, and refund policy below.
2. Exchanges
• Exchange Period: You can request an exchange for any product within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase.
• Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Returns
• Return Period: If you wish to return the product and receive a refund, you must request it within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
• Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Refunds
• Refund Method: The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Credit Card: The refund will be credited to your card statement, which may appear on up to two subsequent billing cycles.
• Bank Slip or Pix: The refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 business days after the return of the product is confirmed.
• Refund Amount: The full amount of the returned product will be refunded, including the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. The cost of returning or exchanging the product, in cases of buyer’s remorse, will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Defective Products
• Complaint Period: Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 90 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Procedure: Contact us at [contato@monksessions.com.br] with photos of the defect and the order number. After analysis and confirmation of the defect, we will send a new product at no additional cost or provide a full refund, according to your preference.
6. Exceptions
